The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) has made 41 findings against another 11 people, as it finalises its investigation into fraud and bribery at RailCorp.
That brings to 31 the total number of people accused of corruption associated with the organisation.
In his seventh report, ICAC Commissioner Jerrold Cripps QC recommends the prosecution of 11 employees and contractors for 97 offences, including accepting bribes and making false allowance claims for travel and accommodation.
The Commissioner said employees in the Commercials Renewals Division "grasped at every opportunity to exploit their employment at RailCorp to corruptly maximise financial benefits derived from their work".
The ICAC says it will seek the advice of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) about prosecuting the former employees and contractors.
